Terms of Service

What the service is

Agent Nimo lets a business create an AI assistant that answers its customers on its website, on WhatsApp, on Instagram and on Facebook Messenger, using information the business itself provides. The assistant can also book appointments, capture contact details, and hand the conversation to a person.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement on behalf of the business you represent.

Your content

The documents you upload and the information you configure remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them in order to provide the service. We use them for no other purpose.

You undertake to upload only content you have the rights to, and not to include sensitive data that is not necessary to serve your customers.

Connected channels

By connecting WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger you also accept Meta’s applicable terms for those platforms. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights over the accounts and Pages you connect. If Meta suspends or revokes an account’s access, the assistant will stop replying on that channel for reasons outside our control. If your plan includes it, the assistant also understands voice notes and images received on those channels: it transcribes or describes them into text and replies as it would to a typed message.

Acceptable use

You may not use Agent Nimo to:

• Send unsolicited messages, bulk advertising or spam.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Carry out unlawful or deceptive activity, or infringe third-party rights.
• Attempt to compromise the security of the service or access other customers’ data.

The assistant replies only to people who have messaged the business first. It is not a bulk outbound messaging tool and must not be used as one.

Nature of the assistant’s replies

Replies are generated automatically from the information you provide, using third-party language models. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for the information you publish through the assistant and for checking that it is correct. Agent Nimo is not a substitute for professional advice in any field.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance, changes and improvements. If a change materially affects what you subscribed to, we will give you reasonable notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by writing to dgarcia@republicode.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice unless the severity or a legal obligation prevents it. For what happens to your data on cancellation, see data deletion.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the service.
