How to delete your data
Last updated: 15 October 2026
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, without giving a reason. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
If you have a Agent Nimo account
Write to dgarcia@republicode.com from the email address you registered with, saying you want your account deleted. We use that address to confirm the request is genuinely yours.
Deleting your account removes:
- Your user and your organisation’s details.
- The documents you uploaded and everything derived from them.
- Your assistants and their configuration.
- Conversations and contacts captured through your channels.
- Credentials for connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger). Your channels are disconnected and the assistant stops replying.
If you messaged a business’s assistant
If you are the customer of a business that uses Agent Nimo and you want your messages and contact details deleted, there are two routes:
- Ask the business you spoke to directly: it decides about that data.
- Write to dgarcia@republicode.com naming the business and the channel you used. We will pass the request on and confirm when it has been handled.
If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account
When you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram account, we store an encrypted access token so we can send and receive messages on your behalf. You can withdraw it in either of two ways, and both are valid:
- From Agent Nimo: open your assistant, go to Channels and click disconnect. The token is deleted and we stop receiving that channel’s messages immediately.
- From Facebook: in your account settings, under Apps and Websites, remove the application’s access. Our access is revoked at once.
To also delete data already stored (conversations and contacts), write to us as described above. Withdrawing access stops collection, but does not by itself erase what came before.
Timescale
We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We retain only what a legal obligation requires us to keep, and where that applies we will tell you what it is and why.
The data controller is Republicode. See also our privacy policy.
